• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand business requests, requirements, and deliverables.
• Assist in developing user experience strategies that align with project objectives, key performance indicators, and target audiences.
• Contribute to the creation of innovative design solutions that meet both business goals and user needs.
• Create user flows, diagrams, and models to facilitate discussions around complex topics.
• Support the development of wireframes, screen layouts, navigation systems, and user interface elements within established brand guidelines, considering all screen sizes and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Develop prototypes to help advance concepts through the approval process.
• Present design work to internal team members, product owners, and stakeholders, and be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams across different regions.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually improve design skills.

Ready to embark on the journey Here's what we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in UX design or a related role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Experience with creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Great Team

Hi, my name is Mansi and I'm a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2018, when I took a role as UX Consultant in this team. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and after being a UX lead for a couple of years, I now manage the team spread across Prague and Malaysia. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition - good design. Looking forward to having you onboard!
