Responsibilities:
Responsible for the flawless implementation of digital promotional activity including client sponsorships and promotions and on air activity ensuring all internal and external compliance standards and guidelines are met
Ensure digital inventory management systems are regularly updated and accurately reflect activity on client's campaign
Provide accurate and timely paperwork to finance as required
Ensure that all prize winner data, prizes and prize fulfilment meets Company's prize winner internal compliance guidelines
Be the point of contact to proactively work with the Integration Operations manager to resolve client, listener, sales and stations enquiries and complaints
To prepare a detailed job brief for Web designing based on requirements that have been given and after handover meeting and Campaign Action Plan document
