Job description
- To support global end user service and assist in IT technical area. Supporting role to other Renesas Site of the company, IT expansion project and IT smart hand role for Network operation and Server Infra.
- End User Service. PC/notebook Technical support.
- Providing smart hand support to IT Infra/Network.
- Front line deployment and troubleshooting.
- Assist and support remote users
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- At least one-year related working experience in the IT Network Infrastructure and Client Services.
- Must have basic IT hardware knowledge. Well known of notebook/pc parts and functionality.
- Good to have basic Cisco networking fundamentals and connectivity.
- Familiar with Microsoft products and OS platform (Windows - legacy to latest will be a bonus).
- Good motivation, sharing of skill/knowledge, team work and active person.
- To be able to work on weekend for occasion critical project cut-over / IT equipment PM. (not often)
