Job Description

• Engage customers in AIOps consultancy, software quality management, performance testing,
• product demo, proof-of-concept and solution delivery
• Strategising, designing and implementing solutions
• Good analytical skill in understanding issue, identifying the root cause and provide solution for top organisations from various industries
• Scripting and solution customization
• Presentation to customers, report compilation and conduct training/workshop

Required skill

• Fundamental understanding of IT architecture and components
• Familiar with Application Performance Management (APM) or AIOps solutions will be an added advantage
• Certified in cloud and container technologies will be an added advantage
• Python scripting will be an added advantage
• Jenkins, Ansible or any other automation tools will be an added advantage

Education Background

• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Preferably graduate with not more than 3 years working experiences with Bachelor's degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related skill.
