Job Purpose
To assist the unit by supporting agency administration functions for Group Takaful Business and providing an administrative support to the sales team to meet the organizational goals.
The Job
- Administer, monitor, and perform reviews on agent commission and compensation related queries.
- Perform agent movement i.e. appointment, reinstatement, resignation, termination, maintenance of contract (MOC), change of nominee, appointment of authorized person(s) and change of servicing agents.
- Handle agent conducts and servicing.
- Perform issuance of letters and appeal management.
- Prepare agent's agreement by making sure it aligns with governing guidelines.
- Administer agent CPD hours and maintenance of contract.
- Support IT & Agency system business enhancement requirements and test plans.
- Assist in conducting business continuity/succession planning.
- Assist to administer agent portal, raise system access, etc.
- Provide statistical report of agency administration deliverables to Management.
Our Requirements
- Preferably degree holder in Insurance/ Marketing/Business related or any other higher professional qualification(s) is an added advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of industry experience specifically in Agency Administration.
- People oriented and customer focused.
- Effective communication skills written and spoken.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- IT literate and proficient in Microsoft office excel, word, power point and access are an added advantage.
- Familiarity with the Group Asia system and/or GMBTS system is an added advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Has high level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
