Ensure coordination with the sales team to fulfill customer packing and delivery needs according to company SOP- Supervise all aspects of local warehouse operations, encompassing inventory management and security protocols
Optimize logistics arrangements, focusing on minimizing costs and lead times with delivery partners
- Provide timely shipment updates and handle reverse logistics processes efficiently.
Stay updated on government regulations and ensure compliance with necessary permits and certifications.- Troubleshoot any operational issues and maintain professional relationships with relevant authorities.
Monitor industry regulations and implement strategic changes for compliance and efficiency.
- Generate and analyze metrics reports to drive continuous improvement.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software.
* Ability to adapt to changing regulations and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
