• Job Description

Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods.

• Train, lead and manage a team of warehouse supervisors, assistant supervisor and warehouse assistant by providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.

Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance and efficiency.

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Ensure warehouse compound and facilities are well maintained.

• Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of experiences in managing material management or logistic operations

Good knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS) is added advantage

• Able to communicate with all levels of people, resourceful and independent

Able to work independently and work under pressure

• Good analytical approach and exposure to some level of planning shall be an added advantage

Computer literate (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
