- Lead the delivery of quality and professional maintenance and repair activities in all branches, centres and the new HQ, and monthly billings for facilities under management in line with contractual and compliance requirements to promote comfort, security and efficiency on a day-to-day basis;
- Drive excellence in management of the facilities and budget execution to ensure performance goals and service targets are carried out efficiently, and lend expertise to special teams and task forces on addressing challenges and issues as required;
- Monitor all properties to ensure smooth running and compliance to building by-laws and authority requirements; plan and conduct periodic quality audit and building inspection; and review SOPs & SLAs with enhancement proposals where necessary
- Support the execution of procurement activities ie quotations, tenders, e-bidding and negotiations to optimize cost efficiencies all within strict compliance to policies and guidelines;
- Lead and support the relevant crisis management and recovery such as power failure , fire and emergency evacuation, security breach etc;
- Develop and manage annual budgets; negotiate/ renegotiate vendor contracts and SLAs; review and monitor payments to ensure continuous efficiencies;
- Ensure all internal users feedback and complaints are addressed in a prompt and professional manner exceeding service level expectations, with keen analytics on reported pain points and corresponding corrective measures ;
- Identify, plan, drive and support sustainable Procurement and FM strategies for business improvement in line with the organisation's needs and ESG requirements, with effective managing of the scope, budget, and quality standards expected, and with adherence to OSH guidelines;
To create a dashboard reporting on sustainability related consumption.
