Job Responsibilities
What you will do:
AMS POC for measurement, insights and media effectiveness accountability.
Covering overall media research & analytics, championing syndicated & custom research, including media planning/performance attribution tools to support advertiser campaign, and sales initiatives and media products.
Managing & endeavouring new or relevant research/ planning & measurement related initiatives/solutions whilst liaising with external vendors, internal stakeholders and clients to support media sales objectives and desired outcomes.
Responsible for compliance on all finance processes and coordination etc relating to research related budgets
Drive research/campaign analytics to unearth deep learnings/insights using various syndicated tools or bespoke/related data, to support internal sales & clients objectives
Manage and liase provision of data analysis with data providers, insights and trends on Malaysian media consumption, market/industry adex analyses and consumer behaviour, to tap into forward planning and potential monetisation & marketing opportunities.
Building and leveraging data backed insights for thought leadership marketing purpose, leveraging owned, bespoke and syndicated research sources through analyses of performing campaigns across audience segments/business categories or market/consumer research trends to develop case studies / playbooks, whitepapers, industry learnings to support sales.
Managing & supporting the addressable solutions research, performance analyses, effectiveness measurement and its development in the market reviewing & co ordinating new capabilities/partnerships in line with market requirements that support sales growth working alongside internal divisional stakeholders and external vendors/clients, including but not limited to targeting options, feature enhancements, inventory expansion, revenue analyses, and potential product line extensions including GTM plans.
Supporting & liaising in the area's of industry related media performance across platforms and advertising compliance standards
Requirements
Who you are:
Degree/Masters holders in Media/Research & Data Analytics/ Statistics/Business Analytics/Commerce/Actuarial Science or in relevant fields.
Preferably more than 5 years working experience in agency/research/data/advertisers organizations
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or other languages are added advantage
Good managing & interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels of people and possess a service & goal-oriented mindset
Independent, self-motivated and possess positive attitude to problem solving/solution driven
Results oriented and able to work and manage in a fast pace and challenging environment
Mature, dynamic and proactive
Able to organize resources and is resourceful, present reports/findings and coordinate research/data & project work
PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel and relevant statistical softwares / data dashboards
Must be familiar with media research and planning processes and imperatives
