As a team member within the Corporate Segment, you will work with colleagues within the team and collaborate with Specialties, Mercer Marsh Benefits, Advisory & Business Development to retain and grow the portfolio of accounts through implementation of strategies to help our clients mitigate risk, grow their business and unlock new revenue streams. You will also connect with many industry and subject matter experts across the world within the Marsh McLennan organization to maximize the potential for our clients as well as your own development.

We will count on you to:
- Report directly to the Corporate & Commercial Segment Leader
- Manage a set of accounts and expand existing relationships by increasing of wallet share
- Display an interest in building relationships with clients, carriers and colleagues to build rapport
- Self-starter, motivated to drive revenue and optimise opportunities
- Support regional initiatives in delivery of client needs, digitalization onboarding and technological enhancement to business systems
- Prepare content for client stewardship for key clients and periodic strategies discussion with them
What you need to have:
- Proven track record of interacting with clients and senior stakeholder management.
- At least 8 years of management experience working in Client and Account Management, Business Development roles. Regional related experience a plus.
- Exceptional numerical, analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Strong appetite to own client relationships, in addition to hunting and driving new business.
- Strategic thinker with strong communication and presenting skills - both verbally and in writing.
- Proven record of leadership and managing top tier clients and regional initiatives roll outs.
- Ability to take ownership, prioritize work and meet deadlines with can-do attitude.
- Detail orientated and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
