Responsibilities:- To monitor the progress of the production schedule and within processing budget.
Ensure products are following professional standards and requirements.- Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of the operations.
Train and develop workers on process changes or new production line.
2-3 years of working experience in the food related field is required.
- Previous experience in food production or experienced in a supervisory role is preferable.
Previous experience as Pastries would be considering under the role.- Ability to manage staff and production.
Background in Bachelors/ Diploma Pastries & Bakeries or any equivalents
