Responsible for Staff Planning and Training- Responsible for setting Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales goals
Develop strategies to improve customer service
- Maintaining the overall image of the store
Inventory handling such as stock re-ordering, Stock take and track your stock levels at all times.- Overseeing store daily operations
Able to analyze store performance and handle customers enquiries
Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma or relevant experienced.
- At least 3-5 years working in retail or supervisory experience.
Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work on shift, 5 days per week including Public Holiday.
