Responsibilities- Assist the educators in the classrooms to ensure the objectives are achieved.
To update Head of Unit and respective Educator on any matters regarding Agog's children (eg: incidents and accidents).- Assist the children in toileting and dressing up when necessary.
To be responsible and supervises the safety and well-being of every child in classrooms, centre buildings and in social curricular activities during the learning process.
- Assist in group therapy sessions when necessary.
To prepare food and the necessary utensils during snacks and lunchtime and to ensure the cleanliness of the classroom.- Assist the Educators in monitoring the daily health screening (eg: medical problem, allergic, temperature, height, weight, bruise or cut) in every child.
Participate in staff training and meeting or any events as stated in the yearly Agog planner and WQ Park as a whole.
- To perform clerical tasks as needed; maintain a record of children's progress, develop files for each child, and prepare teaching material in any way needed including printing, binding, and laminating.
Ensure the children's documents are in order and updated.- Ensures that the workstation is always clean and neat.
Assist in video and picture taking for WQ Park's social media content when necessary.
- Strive to maintain professional competence and not disclose confidential information regarding the company, Agog's children including (files, documentation, module) to another party without the permission of the Head of Unit.
Perform other duties that may be assigned.
