Job Description

Job Responsibility



  • Communicate with clients to understand their vision needs and recommend suitable eyeglasses, frames and contact lenses.
  • Take precise measurements of customers eye power and attentive to facial features to ensure accurate fitting of eyeglasses and contact lenses.
  • Able to provide customers with information on how to care for and maintain their eyeglasses and contact lenses.
  • Perform lens edging, lens ordering and data entry when necessary.



Job Requirements



  • Candidates must be able to perform eye tests.
  • Preferably with at least 3 years experience, but candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
  • Mandarin speaking.
  • Strong knowledge of lenses, frames, and other vision care products.
  • Precise and attentive to detail when taking measurements for lens and frame fitting.
  • Strong customer service skills, able to communicate well with customer and have good personality.
  • Have leadership skills.



Job Benefits



  • Basic salary RM3,000 - RM4,000
  • Personal sales commission, Group incentive and Allowance.
