- Assist Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals across all retail locations.
- Provide leadership and support to branch managers and staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services.
