account market distribution channel related to beauty, health and wellness

- Promoting the companys existing brands
- Research and developing marketing opportunities and plans,
- Understanding target market, consumer requirements, market trends and plan and undertake strategies towards branding recognition Staying up to the date with the current market trend
- Leading and manage and develop the team of Sales (Wholesale)
- Improve Market/Account Share, and oversee day to day operations
- Take calculated risk to increase profitability
- Implementing new sales plans and assigned market segregation to focus, build and service
- Participate in recruiting and job setting function and performance management of team
- Involve in the Excom Management team for management policies
- Manage and oversee the operation of department functionality and department, team target
- Other Ad Hoc Request as per the management
Requirement
Minimum Diploma in business administrations or its equivalent
Familiar with the Networking Distributing channel/ Agency/Company
Proven to lead and manage department
Has viable sense of business thinking
Hast at least 3 years experience as senior executive/ managerial position
Has 5 years experience in sales or related marketing field preferably related to FMCG, Healthy, Beauty Wellness and pharmacies products
Basic use of Google Sheet, Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,800.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
