Responsibilities:- Assist the restaurant manager to oversee and manage outlet
To ensure a correct and complete set-up of the restaurant and personally check all tables, service station, etc. prior to each service.- Responsible for smooth operation in restaurant
To take record and follow-up on the reservation and to make arrangement accordingly.
- Receiving orders and inputting orders
Ensure the prompt and efficient service of all meals, snacks, functions and beverages to the required standards.- Attend to customers complain and feedbacks to ensure satisfaction
To monitor the performance of crew and provide the necessary training for them with an aim to improve and maintain the highest quality of service.
- Attend to ad hoc duties assigned by Restaurant Manager/Management
Candidate must possess at least diploma in Hotel Management or any related field.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Entry Level specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service/Hotel or equivalent.- Possess good problem solving and interpersonal skills
Self motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
