DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary objective is to assist the Restaurant Manager to train staff members and develop the skills and ability of these members of staff (F&B) to handle guest situations properly and in an efficient and courteous manner in accordance with the Concorde Policies and Procedures.
Controls the direction and implementation of our training system to optimize the security and improvement of Human Resources.
Acts in the capacity of a trouble shooter to the guest, thereby continually working towards the improvement of guest contact and guest satisfaction.
Assists the Restaurant Manager to ensures the continuity of high standards of food presentation and food services throughout the hotel.
Maximum care is given to the maintenance of the physical assets in order to keep them in the best functional conditions.
Assists the Restaurant Manager in directing and supervising all service staff, evaluates, motivates and makes suggestions to develop them.
