Job Description- Oversee and guide Radiology daily operations across towers, ensuring efficient scheduling, coverage, and workflow to meet operational demands and customer needs.
Support the management of departmental finances, including revenue generation, volume growth, inventory control, and operational expenses, to meet or exceed set targets.- Maintain a highly skilled and competent team of radiographers, supervising their work to optimize workflow efficiency and deliver exceptional customer service.
Establish and enforce safety measures in radiological and magnetic environments to minimize hazardous exposure, prioritizing the well-being of patients, staff, and doctors.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in radiological technology and market trends to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making processes.
Ensure compliance with all local regulatory standards, professional codes of ethics, and hospital policies and procedures within the Radiology department.- Develop instructional materials to enhance the job competencies of radiographers.
Conduct training and coaching sessions to keep radiographers updated on the current departmental radiology protocols.
- Provide assistance to prepare, monitor and review the operating budget and capital expenditures to optimize resource allocation.
Investigate and promptly address patient feedback to enhance patient satisfaction and service quality.- Collaborate with internal and external parties to facilitate continuous professional development and skill enhancement.
Must have at least Bachelors Degree in Medical Imaging.- Registered Radiographer with Ministry of Health, Malaysia.
Possess minimum of 8 years of experience in radiology field with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a tertiary healthcare facility.
- Experience in leading teams within clinically focused environments.
Skilled in various radiology procedures, encompassing diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology to ensure effective patient care.- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Good interpersonal skills.
