Requirements

. Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia certificate or Diploma Holder is required but personnel with 2 - 5 years working experience in the same field will be qualified.

. Good verbal communication, interpersonal communication skills and analytical thinking in addition to positive aptitude and attitude.

. Fluent in spoken and written in English & Bahasa Melayu .

Responsibility

. To assist on procurement documentation,

. To organize/coordinate make sure all the purchasing details record properly.

. Issuing and Receiving of Purchasing Orders in AX.

. To monitor open order in AX and request quotation from vendor.

. To compile all quotation and do summary bid for vendor.

. To make sure document complete before issue Purchase order.

. To do cost saving summary every month.

. To do annually vendor evaluation and update vendor list.

. To monitor vendor Online Vendor Registration (OVR).

. Perform general office duties such as typing, operating office machines, and sorting mail.

. Experience with Purchasing and Inventory management

. Perform other administrative duties, office upkeep and general daily operations support.

. To monitor on General fixed asset

. To do tagging on all new General Asset

. To prepare report and do disposal on damage & missing General Asset.

. To do annual checking on General Asset

. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

. Follow and implement the company's policy, procedures, rules and regulations.

. Vendor registration

. Sourcing activities (Micro Purchase, Quotation purchase, Tender purchase, Single Source Purchase)

. Frame Contract Management
