Assistant Project Manager

Title :Assistant Project Manager

Location :Kuala Lumpur

Duration :12 months renewable contract

Experience: 3-6 years

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and coordinating IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, tracking project progress, and updating project documentation.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Assist in risk management and issue resolution, identifying potential problems and developing mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to project budgeting and financial tracking.
• Support the implementation of project management methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in IT project management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
