Job Description for Assistant, Project Admin
Duties and Responsibilities:
- 1) Assist the project management team with daily administrative tasks.
- 2) Collect and review overtime data from site staff to ensure accurate calculations and timely submission of all OT reports.
- 3) Compile and review all claims submitted by site staff before forward to the Accounts dept for the payment process.
- 4) Attend to residents complaint and forward to the person-in charge.
- 5) Update the Credit Controller on all maintenance fee collections received from residents and deposits received for renovation cases.
- 6) Prepare all documents generated for despatch.
- 7) Raising and managing internal orders for invoices received from Contractors for all completed jobs are timely process.
Job Type: Contract
