Job Description

Job Responsibility

Daily Manpower and Job Coordination: Arrange and oversee daily tasks and workforce allocation to ensure smooth operations.
Project Management: Manage the development of new projects and provide essential technical support.
Machine Performance Monitoring: Keep track of machine performance, and collaborate with maintenance to resolve any machinery issues.
Output and Quality Control: Monitor daily output and product quality for each machine in the flexible division.
Plate and Tooling Planning: Plan and order plates and tooling as needed.
Production Performance Monitoring: Assess and monitor monthly production performance for the flexible division.
Training: Provide training for new workers to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.

Job Requirements

Education: A diploma or degree in Printing Technology, Engineering or a related field.
Experience: at least 5 of experience in the printing industry, preferably with supervisory or management experience.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of printing processes (e.g., gravure and flexible packaging), machinery, and quality control standards.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using printing software and other relevant computer applications.
