Responsibilities:- Assists in the production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion date.
Assists in coordination of finished goods transfer between production and warehouse.- Report any potential issues including worker or material shortage and machinery malfunction's.
Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.) and update the involved parties on the production progress.
- Promptly inform the relevant departments of changes to current production schedule.
Maintain reports for production planning activities and orders.- Assist to collaborate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Shipping and other staff.
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in food studies- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry
Good in communication, management skills and organizational skills
- Familiar with quality and health, safety standards (OSHA,HACCP) will be add an extra advantage.
Fluent communication and written skills in English, Malay and Chinese will be an added advantage.
