Collaborate with our kitchen team to deliver top-notch food and beverages- Be the face of VCR, warmly greeting guests and addressing their needs
Mentor and inspire our service staff to reach new heights of excellence
- Contribute to our financial success through smart budgeting and inventory management
Analyze sales data to drive performance improvements and menu innovations
Experience in caf supervision or similar leadership role (preferred but not required)- Natural leader with a talent for motivating teams
Customer service star with excellent communication skills
- Cool under pressure, thriving in fast-paced environments
Knowledge of food safety practices- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain one)- Diploma or equivalent preferred
