Job Description

Join us aboard at Digitally Asia! We are on the lookout for a driven and dedicated Assistant Marketing Manager to join us on an exciting voyage to kickstart the next chapter of our digital journey.

As our Assistant Marketing Manager:

1) You will oversee the entire marketing production process, top to bottom. This includes:

  • conceptualising campaigns tailored to client's needs and business goals,
  • coordinating with the internal team to ensure that marketing strategies are implemented effectively,
  • monitoring progress against timelines, and troubleshooting any issues that arise,
  • ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the quality standards expected by our company and clients.

2) You will lead and nurture your team. This involves:

  • facilitating team meetings and setting clear goals to ensure everyone is fully aligned and performs their role or function,
  • providing direction and offering support in addressing any operational challenges or limits in resources,
  • building a skilled and experienced team through mentorship and setting performance objectives, while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

3) You will optimise workflow processes and enhance SOPs. This includes:

  • critically assessing current workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks,
  • implementing improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness,
  • developing and standardising best practices to minimise errors, and achieve consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
  2. 3 years of working experience, preferably from a fast-paced agency background, with at least 1 year of leadership or management experience.
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  4. In-depth knowledge of marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  5. Strong proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  8. Always up to date on news, marketing and content trends.
