Key Accountabilities: Executive/Assistant Manager will be supporting the following day-to-day functions:

1) Support business units to improve and simplify sales processes e.g. agent registration, detractor (advisory) and call to improve the efficiency in performing such task.

2) Involved in User Acceptance test (UAT) on project that relate to guidelines and regulations. Provide required system and process improvement support relating to sales processes.

3) Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure task in completed with relevant documentation are duly completed and kept for record keeping.

4) To ensure all sales processes and procedures comply with internal and relevant regulatory requirements. To work with Departments Risk and Compliance Champions.

5) Update SOP and sales governance guide to ensure its currency.

6) Handle sales representatives queries and provide advice to sales team and escalate issues immediately to the HOD when appropriate.
