Assist in developing and executing sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Help manage daily sales operations, coordinate activities, and provide support and training to the sales team.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with key clients.- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for review.
Conduct research to identify new sales opportunities, monitor industry trends, and assess competitive activity.
- Prepare sales proposals, manage documentation, and handle administrative tasks related to sales operations.
Collaborate with management to set targets, track progress, and develop strategies to achieve sales objectives.- Collaborate with inventory management to ensure product availability.
Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a supervisory sales position.
Prior working experience in retail management is an added advantage.- Proficient with using POS system software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to support, motivate, and guide a sales team.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay.
