ABOUT THE ROLEThe incumbent will support the business development department in driving sales efforts, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent sales acumen, strong leadership qualities, and a keen understanding of the security industry.
- Sales Support, Strategy and Client Management
Engage in business development by identifying opportunities and driving the sales of security services through a solution-selling approach.- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by effectively implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
Learn and adapt to forecast and commit to sales targets.
- Generate sales leads and cultivate strong relationships with existing clients.
Plan and organize daily work schedules to call on existing or potential new sales channels.- Develop and execute a territory action plan based on comprehensive data analysis, adjusting sales techniques according to field interactions and results. Work independently and outstation (if required).
Meet minimum sales targets set for your territories/accounts by your direct line manager and management.
Handle administrative tasks related to sales, including maintaining customer databases and sales records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Provide feedback and insights to improve sales processes and product offerings.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Able to travel outstation if required
