Reports To: Head of Group Risk Management & Compliance Division
Key Responsibilities:
Risk Management:
- Facilitate the assessment of Group risks, including climate-related sustainability risks.
- Review and analyze the Group's risk register to ensure proper identification, assessment, and reporting of risks.
- Prepare risk management reports for the Board Risk Management and Sustainability Committee.
- Monitor action plans and risk mitigation measures within the business units.
- Support the Head of Group Risk Management & Compliance in risk-related matters.
Business Continuity Management (BCM):
- Drive the implementation of BCM programs across the Group.
- Assist business units in developing and testing Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
- Monitor and report on BCM initiatives and improvement actions to Management and the Board.
Integrity and Compliance:
- Assess and monitor adherence to regulations, laws, and internal policies.
- Prepare compliance and integrity reports for key stakeholders.
- Promote an organizational culture that emphasizes ethical behavior and compliance.
Learning & Development:
- Develop training modules and conduct employee training on risk management, BCM, integrity, and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Studies, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably with professional certifications in Risk Management and/or Business Continuity.
- Special Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, well-versed in risk management practices and compliance matters.
- Competencies: Effective planning and organizational skills, strong time management and interpersonal skills.
