Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in the overall management of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Lead and motivate the dining team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards
  • Conduct workforce planning, adjustments, and staff supervision to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOP) to maintain quality and hygiene standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop business growth and improvement strategies, and more.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant management position
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a seafood restaurant
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English communication
  • Able to work on public holidays and weekends
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of effectively handling operational challenges
  • Possesses leadership qualities, able to motivate and guide the team
  • Passionate and patient about the food and beverage industry.
