Job Responsibilities:
Strategy: Support for responsibility for the strategic
direction of various performance marketing channels. This includes:
Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across platforms like- SEM, Social, Display, Content discovery platforms, etc. Heres a list of tasks to apply these skills to:
- Equip the Performance person working on the business to work with the respective media planner and ensure the successful delivery of the performance strategy
- Must be able to distill client needs (said and unsaid) and tailor performance solutions accordingly
- Support processes for efficiency & effectiveness when working with agency teams
- Tweak your strategies by evaluating the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of all existing performance marketing channels to determine and make necessary adjustments to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Understand your products inside out. Research competitors and their strategies to find the gaps in the industry and accordingly set up marketing and advertising goals for the brand.
- Use multi-touch attribution to track touchpoints across the funnel, which will help maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Support the development of hypotheses and perform A/B (or multivariate) testing to recommend optimizations
- Leverage customer insights to better segment, target, and reach potential customers
- Explore new marketing opportunities across platforms, devices, formats, etc
- Embed a culture of strategic thinking via a DIY framework by category
- Own brand plans, QBRs, and key campaign performance strategy personally and work with the respective performance person on BAU campaign strategy
Analytics: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving is a must for
this role. They need to adopt a methodical approach while
analyzing statistics and should be able to glean insights to make campaign recommendations.

Decision-Making: Should be an independent decision-maker. He/she should be resourceful and demonstrate a thorough understanding of key performance metrics on various channels.
Here are some of the expectations:
- Walk and Talk performance strategy with clients
- KPI: Set acquisition and growth targets for performance marketing spread across online channels such as social, paid search, mobile, display, etc.
- Allocate and modify budgets for efficient spending
- Tweak strategies and budgets based on current performance to maximize ROI
- Scope out and identify new platforms, tools, and systems to improve performance
- Identify pain points to creatively improve non-performing areas
- Must be very comfortable with Adwords, FB business Manager, Shopee & Lazada
Client Servicing:
- He/she will work closely (day-to-day basis) with the Client marketing team, Internal Media Planning Team, and Performance Marketing Team to drive operational excellence. The role will be supporting the Director's Performance for anything related to performance marketing strategy, innovations, telco category analysis, etc
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing or related field
- At least 4- 5 years of performance marketing experience. Strong emphasis and prior success in paid digital marketing and analytics
- Fluent in written and conversational English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
