Monday to Friday Handling the entire sales process from order receipt to delivery of goods/services.
Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment.
End to end understanding of Order Management process of agreements, amendments, pricing, license, pricing sheets, reports and etc.
Inventory management by ensuring the availability of products for order fulfillment.
Logistics coordination with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Customer communication with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any potential issues.
Problem resolution by addressing and resolving any issues related to orders, deliveries, and returns.
Report and prepare and maintaining reports on sales, order status, and fulfillment metrics.
1) Graduate in Bachelors Degree in any related field

Must have experience in managing minimum of 10 people in a team3)
Minimum 6-9 years of working experience in
Order Management industry4) Must be proficient in Microsoft Skills
5) Must possess strong problem solving skill and analytical skills
6) Customer or Client facing experience is preferred
