This role involves managing and supervising the Motor Own Damage Claims unit by reviewing claims services processes and analyzing the performance of service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- To perform functional Business Analyst
- Prepare Performance Management Analyst of service provider's standards
- Review claims services and recommend for Continuous Process Improvement
- Attend to Motor Claims dispute resolution
- Prepare report for monitoring of service providers standards, internal monitoring of TAT and claims ratio.
- To support Head of Motor Own Damage on Projects and deliverable.
- Conduct claims training on Motor related claim standard operating process
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Preferably 5 years of experience in related field
- Requires leadership and people management skills
- Ability to adapt, diligent and trustworthy
- Computer literate, especially in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Strong communication skill
