Assistant Manager - Marketing and Creative Content
Our Team
The Channel Management team comprises of 3 sub-teams: B2C, B2B, and Content Management. We are a team of individuals with dynamic background and filled with creativity.
What you will be doing:
Lead and manage the content and creative team
Be the primary point of contact for client and relationship management
Execute digital marketing campaigns for clients which includes planning and managing marketing schedules across e-Channels
Be the gatekeeper and responsible for the quality of all brand and creative work by the team
Review and optimise the design and content of all digital assets
Set and maintain project schedules and responsible for quality and compliance of deliverables
Generate performance reports and conduct monthly analysis on key metric for clients
Utilise web analytics to analyse performance, measure campaigns, and evaluate possible alternatives, make timely and strategic decisions and initiate appropriate course of actions
Guide the content and creative teams to create suitable content for various campaigns
Drive innovation and initiatives to spearhead the team and streamline overall process to improve quality standards
Resolve issues and ensure the team runs efficiently with defined SOPs
Work closely with Business Development team for new pitches/presentation
What you will need:
Experience in managing a team in an e-Commerce environment
Good knowledge of e-Commerce platforms (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Magento, Shopify)
Leadership skills with the ability to mentor new team members
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and deliver on tight timelines
Possess strong attention to details and numbers
Creative thinking and flair
Prior experience in content creation and copywriting
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with good project management skills
Experience on web user experience and user interface. Have a keen eye for features and aesthetic
