Prepare job description, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications.
Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
Define a fairs, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy and business goals.
Design, develop and implement innovative and high impact talent management programs and processes to improve the bench strength of leadership talent.
Assist Senior Manager in day-to-day HR operations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
Must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration and/or any other related.
At least 10 years of experience in human resources, preferably in construction industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
