- Position: Assistant Manager, Global Sponsorships (Aviation Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential sponsorship local & International opportunities aligned with the company's marketing objectives, target audience, and brand values
- Develop comprehensive sponsorship strategies local & International prospect, that outline objectives, target markets, budget allocation, and evaluation metrics.
- Lead partnership negotiations & management
- Initiate and negotiate sponsorship agreements with prospective partners, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and align with the company's goals.
- Manage ongoing relationships with sponsors, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and optimizing partnerships to maximize value.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and events, to activate sponsorship initiatives effectively.
- Oversee the execution of sponsored events, campaigns, or activities, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
- Ensure that sponsored activities accurately reflect the brand's values, messaging, and image.
Familiar with Budget development:
- Develop and manage sponsorship budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness in sponsorship investments.
- Monitor ROI of sponsorship activities and make data-driven decisions to optimize future investments and activations
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor sponsorships, and emerging opportunities to identify potential partnerships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to assess the effectiveness of sponsorship strategies and make informed decisions
- Managing sponsors and partnerships with stakeholders on a global scale which includes international partnering entities worldwide.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in International Marketing, Business Development & Engagement
- Over 10 years of experience in global sponsorship management, particularly with Emirates and Majid Al Futtaim (Airlines Industry).
- Strong knowledge of international best practices and a vast network within the global sponsorship industry.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing international stakeholders and marketing sponsorships/partnerships, both locally and internationally (Aviation Industry).
- Skilled in using data analysis to enhance sponsorship effectiveness and measure return on investment (ROI).
- Experienced in managing marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, social media, and PR.
- Ability to integrate sponsorships into the overall marketing strategy.
- Proficient in managing large, complex projects within a dynamic environment, especially in the aviation industry.
- Familiar with and adaptable to the diverse cultures and regulations of the Middle East.
- Well-connected with leading global brands, capable of expediting partnership development and unlocking new sponsorship opportunities.
- Global experience and expertise that will contribute to enhancing the company's position in the aviation industry.
