Job Description:- To prepare full set accounts, financial performance reports, statutory financial statements, budget and other accounting and finance related work in timely manner.
To prepare reconciliation and ensure all the accounting records are properly updated, reconciled in the accounting system and compliance with company policy and government authorities- To ensure thge team will perform in an effective and efficient manner with continuous improvement on the work process and to maintain the team spirit to the highest level.
To monitor and maintain cash management record
- To maintain fixed asset record and conduct physical fixed assest sighting
To liaise with operations department, auditors and other parties where necessary- Assit in preparation of financial analytics, budget, interim/annual financial statements, presentation material for AGM/audit committee/board meeting and annual report
Support ad hoc projects as and whemn they are identified
Candidates should ahve a Bachelor's Degree in accountancy/Fiance or Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, MICPA, MIA etc.) or equivalent
- Computer literate, proficient in Mocrosoft Office (Excel & Powerpoint)
Good interpersonal, organizational, time management and communication skilss- Self-motivated, proactive, committed and able to work under pressure
Minimum 1-3 years of accounting related experience for the position Senior Executive, 3-5 years for the position of Assistant Manager
