We are looking for an Assistant/Manager, Finance & Admin who would like to grow with us, clearly defined by three things:

As an Assistant/Manager Finance & Admin, you will have a chance to:
- Oversee and optimize company's financial operations to ensure effective financial management and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights on financial performance, trends, and variances to management.
- Oversee cash flow management, credit control including SST & e-invoicing filing and submission.
- Manage grant financial administration and treasury operations to ensure compliance and support the organization's financial health.
- Liaise with Auditor for Interim audit and yearly audit, tax agent for CP204 and tax computation, government bodies, financial institutions, SSM, company secretary and the legal bodies.
- Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the company as well as establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedure for the company.
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports including annual budget and rolling forecast.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to improve financial performance.
- Responsible for adhering to Company's Business Continuity Plan (BCP) by understanding the plan and the role as well as taking ownership for a specific action.
- Grant and treasury operations to maintain financial health and compliance, with experience in IPO processes viewed as an added advantage.
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services by participating in educational activities.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities that assigned by the Management from time to time
We are looking for an individual with:
- Bachelor's Degree of Accounting/ Finance or relevant field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in full set of account, general ledger or any related experience.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail with good time management and organizational skills.
- Research/ analysis/ financial professional certification will be an added advantage.
