Create awareness on the importance of soft skills among students and to enhance students all-round education in UTAR- Promote soft skills and life skills programmes to all UTAR students
Ensure smooth running of soft skills and life skills programmes, be on duty during training session on weekends
- Encourage students to participate in free talks and workshop organised by Department of Soft Skills Competency (DSSC)
Ensure all documents, statistics and reports in the department are duly prepared and filed- Arrange community service related activities with the Head of New Village and other arrangements involving UTAR New Village Community Project
Provide full support to all University events and administrative support for matters related to the operation of the DSSC
- Any other tasks and duties as assigned by the University from time to time
Bachelors Degree or above in a related field
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)
Able to work independently
