Job Description:- Maintain and implement quality management system (ISO9001)
Support planning, control, assurance and improvement of quality- Conduct and support internal audit activities for effective governance
Assist in the coordination and production of audit plans
- Review audit reports and recommend necessary follow up actions
Coordinate and facilitate external audits- Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to address any findings from external audits and oversee implementation of corrective actions
Any other tasks and duties as assigned by the University from time to time
Bachelors Degree or above in a related field
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)
Detail oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision- Basic knowledge of statutory requirements and guidelines of MQA, MOHE and relevant professional bodies would be an added advantage
Minimum 2 years of working experience in an academic institution or related industry
