Job Description- Involvement in in-house financial planning and preparation of board meeting presentation;
Reviewing and evaluating existing portfolio and new projects;- Managing internal corporate exercises including structuring, documentation and completion;
Assist in financial modelling research and analysis as well as conceptualising and structuring proposals;
- Managing compliance monitoring relating to processes, workflows and regulatory requirements;
Managing the co-ordination with lawyers on all legal documents requiring special attention for existing and new implantation of client accounts- Assist in drafting of risk management policies and credit risk concentration framework and loan portfolio management;
Assist in implementation of digitalisation efforts for existing operational frameworks,
- Managing monthly management reporting relating to client management (exposure tracking and risk management),
Any other ad-hoc assignments or tasks as may be assigned by the management.
Bachelor's Degree, ACCA , CPA, CA or MIA qualifier or equivalent.- Awareness of financial services industry Factoring or Insurance business and prior work experience in the areas of corporate finance, treasury, PLCs will be an added advantage
Credit and lending knowledge is essential strong acquisition skills and confidence to do well under pressure
- At least 3 4 years work experience in the areas of corporate finance, treasury, PLCs.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.- Able to write effectively and work independently with minimal supervision
Able to communicate effectively with various departments internally
- Team player, pro-active and results-oriented
Exposure to corporate lending/credit will be an added advantage- Good command of spoken and write English and Bahasa Melayu.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Capable of analysing financial impact and providing insights to business strategies also understanding of strategy and financial management processes
