Job Summary
To achieve sales objective by achieving new and renewal business and provide satisfactory service to assigned Corporate Direct Clients and Key Account Management portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
To assist Unit Head in achieving Unit objectives on sales and non- sales activities target.
To be able to cross -sell and up-sell to existing clients on other lines of coverage.
To responsible for assigned clients from Key Account Management portfolio.
To maintain relationships with clients by providing end-to-end support, summarizing information, resolves clients complaints, provide technical guidance, onboarding implementation ( inclusive of presentation and helpdesk), analyzing reports, benchmarking and other related services as per agreed SLA.
To offer full cooperation and uphold companys goals and vision.
Ensure maintain the highest standards of compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements to promote the Companys brand, values, and customer service ethics.
Any oher duties/projects as and when deemed necessary
Key Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
At least with 5 years of working experience in similar role
Results oriented.
