Editorial/copywriting, internal communications, corporate publication, crisis communication, events, special projects
Editorial/Copywriting - Prepare, review and provide translations for communication materials including press releases, text speeches, high-level presentations and conference materials, CEOs festive/corporate/performance results messages, agency circulars, product marketing materials and customer letters or SMS.
Internal Communications Draft and review emails announcing company news and initiatives. supporting the HR department on communication platforms such as Townhall and incident management.
Corporate publication Coordinate look and feel and CEO messaging in Takafulink and Master Fund Fact Sheet reports, boilerplate, awards announcements, etc.
Crisis Communication Support the crisis communication framework or plan and spearhead communications to stakeholders, the media and general public for any crisis, especially involving customers and agents.
Events Coordinate top management involvement and events in terms of producing speeches, reviewing visual aids and printed materials, etc.
Special Projects to represent Brand & Communication Starlite (co-brand), TOM, SAM, IMT, Pandemic GTM, Repricing, adhoc campaigns
General Support to support company-wide initiatives of takaful identity implementation, employee engagement events (ie. national townhalls, long service awards, etc), agency events (agency kick-off, general agency events, etc)
