Full job description- (a) Operational Responsibilities:
i. To assist in monitoring day to day operational activities.
ii. To assist in reviewing and improving related work process.
iii. To assist in renewing car park business license, on yearly basis.
iv. To assist in ensuring all the parking equipment breakdown time was not exceed on the agreeable time. Assist to ensure monthly maintenance was perform according to schedule by Technical and Contractor (Amano). Measure Technical and Contractor (Amano) performance.
v. To assist in creating and implementing effective Standard Operating Procedure, from time to time. Continuous improvement of the Standard Operating Procedure.
vi. To continuously assist to improve signage in the car park, from time to time. Submit proposal and Quotation for Head of Department approval.
vii. To assist in carrying out irregular spot-checks from time to time, on the assigned working post, to ensure the staff/supervisor/executive is available.
viii. To perform any works order given by the Car Park Manager
- (b) Accounting Responsibilities:
i. To assist in achieving car park collection against target.
ii. To assist in controlling the car park expenses, such as Overtime. Perform checking on the overtime claim form, before submitting to Head of Department approval.
- (c) Human Resource Responsibilities:
i. To assist in conducting human resource planning to ensure adequate manpower is deployed.
ii. To assist in ensuring staff performance & image are accordance to company requirement.
iii. To assist in providing Training to the Key Person, such as Executive and Supervisor whenever new Standard Operating System is created or amendment, it helps to carry out the SOP effectively.
iv. To assist on checking and monitoring staff discipline including proper attire, grooming and pleasant personality.
v. To assist in performing appraisal of the staff to evaluate their performance according to ISO requirement, on yearly basis.
- (d) Customer Service Responsibilities:
i. To assist on ensuring all compliant are properly handled and reported immediately by Supervisor/Executive.
ii. To assist on rectifying any complaints immediately.
iii. To assist on maintaining good rapport and relationship with customers and tenants.
