Manage outlet operation
Manage F&B crew work schedule, working shift & off day
Stock count, inventory control , liase with supplier on order list
Manage customer satisfaction, upsales, marketing plan
Temporarily overseeing barista work when staff on leave
Counter closing
Requirements
Diploma in education (food related background will be added advantage)
At least 2 years working experience in F&B industry
Chinese or Malay female
Remunerations
Rm 3000-3500
Additional bonus depending on restaurant performance
Working time : 10am-10pm ( 2 hours break ) , OT , performance allowance, meal included (Cafe's food)
