  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of international audit engagements across various industries.
Assume full accountability for audit engagements, closely monitoring processes to align with budgets and timelines.
  • Foster collaboration with other business units, providing support and coordination, especially with accounting and compliance teams.
Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Review working papers, providing key technical expertise to ensure adherence to professional standards and requirements.
Execute audit procedures, handle assignments, contribute to tax computation, and prepare audited financial statements and reporting packages.
  • Engage with clients and senior auditors to promptly resolve audit queries.
  • Requirements
Possess a professional diploma or degree in accounting or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in audit methodologies and standards.
Minimum of 3 years of audit experience, with a focus on SMEs across diverse industries.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in audit and supervisory roles for Assistant Manager and Manager positions.
Ability to independently manage the entire audit process for middle to complex audits of SME companies.
  • A team player with a positive attitude towards collaboration and cooperation.
Strong attention to detail, deadline-oriented approach, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin preferred but not mandatory).
Adept at analytical and problem-solving tasks, with an entrepreneurial mindset. Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate the audit team (Assistant Manager and Manager positions).
  • Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA/CPA) is considered a valuable asset.
HK audit experience is not necessary, as the audit process remains consistent.
