Role Summary:
- Work as an Anaplan Solutions Architect & Model Builder to join our growing Finance team and play a meaningful role in crafting next-generation planning process through Anaplan.
- Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams, explain complex concepts to various stakeholders, bring business insights, and drive process improvements in Anaplan platform.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding business processes and requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional requirements and use cases.
- Build Anaplan application models to support business processes.
- Build and develop Anaplan modules using the Anaplan Way methodology.
- Configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and other model settings to meet business needs.
- Participate and/or lead UAT testing and deployment.
- Develop model documentation.
- Build data flows to and from clients systems and reconcile data.
- Define user roles and permissions in Anaplan.
- Supervise the End-to-End budget planning solution.
- Evaluate change impact of a system solution.
- Advise the solution design in the finance change board.
- Provide hyper-care support and knowledge transfer to the support team.
- Lead small to medium size system improvement.
- Prepare/ maintain training manuals or user guides.
- Review existing process and identify solution to improve existing user experience.
- Work as the escalation point of the daily support issue.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Business or Accounting equivalent is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience on finance planning related aspect.
- At least 2 years of experience with Anaplan as a model builder.
- Data analysis skills and experience working with large data sets.
- Excellent communicator with ability to explain complex concepts simply to various stakeholders.
- Experience using technology to develop multi-dimensional models.
- Proficient communication & presentation skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
