Role Summary:

  • Work as an Anaplan Solutions Architect & Model Builder to join our growing Finance team and play a meaningful role in crafting next-generation planning process through Anaplan.
  • Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams, explain complex concepts to various stakeholders, bring business insights, and drive process improvements in Anaplan platform.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understanding business processes and requirements.
  • Translate requirements into functional requirements and use cases.
  • Build Anaplan application models to support business processes.
  • Build and develop Anaplan modules using the Anaplan Way methodology.
  • Configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and other model settings to meet business needs.
  • Participate and/or lead UAT testing and deployment.
  • Develop model documentation.
  • Build data flows to and from clients systems and reconcile data.
  • Define user roles and permissions in Anaplan.
  • Supervise the End-to-End budget planning solution.
  • Evaluate change impact of a system solution.
  • Advise the solution design in the finance change board.
  • Provide hyper-care support and knowledge transfer to the support team.
  • Lead small to medium size system improvement.
  • Prepare/ maintain training manuals or user guides.
  • Review existing process and identify solution to improve existing user experience.
  • Work as the escalation point of the daily support issue.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Business or Accounting equivalent is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience on finance planning related aspect.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Anaplan as a model builder.
  • Data analysis skills and experience working with large data sets.
  • Excellent communicator with ability to explain complex concepts simply to various stakeholders.
  • Experience using technology to develop multi-dimensional models.
  • Proficient communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
