Business reviews & periodic monitoring of the agency business performance, strategic priorities & initiatives.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Work with management on business reviews & periodic monitoring of the agency business performance, strategic priorities & initiatives; thus, identifying potential opportunities/areas of improvement, for development of future strategies.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to consolidate & monitor the business strategies & strategic initiatives of Agency Distribution.
- Handle analytics and planning such as performance statistics and periodic reviews of agency sales, recruitment & MAPA trends via segmentation approach.
- Ensure timely readiness of performance reports & business updates to the management.
- Automate reports from Microsoft Excel to Power BI.
Job Specifications
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Has a good command of written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision always.
- Demonstrates high ability to learn and go beyond status quo.
- Works well under pressure, and a good team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in Power BI or ability to learn and adopt Power BI.
