Job DescriptionJob summary: To liaise with Project Manager, consultant, client, subcontractors & suppliers. To prepare & submit claims, invoices, VOs and final account to client on time. To assist in preparing budget & award to subcontractors / suppliers. To review subcontractors/suppliers claims, invoices, VOs and final account.
To review calculation of quantities or taking-off for cost analysis, quotation or tender purpose.
To check of site budget.
To check monthly Budget Summary Report.
To check subcontractors progress claims.
To check progress claims to customers.
To check variation orders and final accounts to customers.
To check variation orders and final accounts to subcontractors and suppliers.
To liaise with project team and design team for costing matter.
To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the company's Total Management Systems.
To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
At least 10 years experience as M&E Engineer cum M&E QS.
Experience in preparing & submitting claims, invoices, variation orders (VOs) and final account to client.
Experience in preparing budget & award to subcontractors / suppliers.

Working Location: Kuala Lumpur
Working hours: Monday - Friday (08:30am - 5:30pm)
